The Crystal Bridges museum is one of the top 5 recommended destinations for people to visit when they are in Arkansas.  Officially, this museum is a modern art museum and it opened in November, 2011. The museum has beautiful grounds, a small lake, and offers over 3.5 miles of trails that wind through the 120-acre grounds. You could say it is a superb example of an Ozark landscape. Some of the trees you’ll see are dogwoods, as well as pine trees, red cedars, a tulip tree, as well as oak and other natural trees.

There are always things to do for kids, and a few recent events will show you the variety of programs available.
